Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods, please send the package to the following address:

Important Note:

Please include a note with your order number (e.g., XXXX) inside the package so that we can correctly assign your return.

The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please send the package at your own expense and preferably with tracking, as we may refer to the shipment tracking in case of any delivery inquiries.

After receiving and registering your return, your refund (full or partial) will be processed within a maximum of fourteen days. Please note that the refund only covers the price of the returned goods. Processing may take a few business days, so we kindly ask for your patience.

We will inform you by email about the status of your return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than our standard method offered), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Exclusion/Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is required, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
