Shipping Conditions
Germany
Shipping costs within Germany are €4.99 per order.
You also have the option to pick up your order free of charge at our store in Hagen.
Delivery time within Germany is approximately 3–5 business days. Since many of our items are made to order, the processing time may take 10–15 business days.
EU Countries
For deliveries to all EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.99.
Delivery time to EU countries is approximately 5–7 business days. Processing may also take 10–15 business days for items made to order.
Note: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link (please also check your spam folder). Click the link to track the status of your shipment.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
Please send the return package at your own expense via postal service, as we do not provide a return label.
If the return is made after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the package back to you at your expense.
We do not offer an exchange service. If you would like an item in a different color or size, please return the item and place a new order in our shop.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) using the contact details below:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs) without delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any additional fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned promptly and in any event within fourteen days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
